What is shop.lripl.com's return policy?



Return Policy :

Our customer service policies are customer friendly/transparent and are drafted keeping your best interest in mind. But, if for any reason, you wish to part with a product you bought from Shop.Lripl.com because you are unhappy with the service or quality, you can always send it back to us. And we promise we will look into it with utmost priority. It is your right and we respect it. Once the product is received, we will check for errors. If found faulty, the product will be changed and a new product will be sent to you. If the product is found faulty then it will only be exchanged, there is no cancellation or refund on the order.

Are there any categories in returnable products?

Yes, we have defined categories in product return. For Remote Control & Air Purifiers, if the product is not working then it can be replaced within 7 days from the date of delivery. We provide 3 months’ warranty on Universal Remote Controls and Adapters. No returns are accepted on any Cases (i.e. Raspberry pi case, Arduino, Microbit & Beaglebone etc.) or HDMI Cable

Can I return a part of my order?

Yes, you may return a part of the order, in case of multiple items in an order (Not applicable on Case & HDMI Cable). Any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it. However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contests or any special scheme then special rules might apply for returns.

What is the duration of return process?

Once your return request has been placed with our Customer Service, the product will be picked by courier immediately. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a product inspection which takes about 2 days. If any error is found, the replacement product is shipped immediately else the notification for re-shipment charges is sent to the customer.

Are there any costs related to the return policy?

No, there are no return costs related to the return policy.

Some Do's and Don'ts

  • Items must be unused and undamaged and must be in their original purchase condition.
  • You need to send us the following: Original Product Packaging, Manufacturer's Containers, Documentation, Warranty Cards, Manuals, and all accessories and with tags attached (if applicable).
  • All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

What is Refund Policy?



Refund Policy:

If the customer finds that the product is faulty (not working/damaged) then the customer has to inform us within 2 days of the same. After the verification, if we find any defect in the product, the amount will be refunded to the Customer's Bank Account/Via Cheque (in the name of Customer only)

Note: - The duration of refunding the amount (via Bank transfer/Cheque) to Customer is within 4-7 days after the Verification of the Product.

Cancellation Policy

Customer is only liable for the cancellation policy when the product is not provided from our side. At first the customer has to apply for return or exchange policy, if not properly served then they can apply for cancellation policy.

How much amount will be returned in case of order cancellation?

The whole product price would be returned to the customer.

What is the warranty policy?

Warranty is valid only for purchases made from Shop.lripl.com for the period mentioned against the product. Customer will have to present the proof of purchase for claiming the warranty. If the warranty claim is successful, the company will repair or replace the product as deemed necessary by the service executive. Once our support executive registers the warranty claim, customer will have to ship the product at their own cost to the company's service center. Please note that the warranty will be void if there is any damage or fault in the product due to external causes including accident, abuse, misuse and/or any unauthorized servicing/repairs.
