Return Policy

Return Policy:

  1. This policy is valid only for purchases from shop.lripl.com where we sell our products through authorized distributors.
  2. Only replacement will be applicable in case of damaged and defective products received by customer, no return or refund is allowed.
  3. Customers need to report the issue within 7 days of delivery. Our executives will verify the extent of damage and initial replacement afterwards if applicable.
  4. If the replacement is initiated, customer needs to return all the products including accessories and original packaging to the seller. Once the product is received at the warehouse, it will be verified and quality checked. After passing QC, the replacement product will be dispatched.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Customer aren’t allowed to cancel orders from their end after 24 hours of placing the order.
  2. For cancellations, customers need to contact us via email, whatsapp or call
  3. We will allow cancellations in exceptional cases at our own discretion.
  4. Cancellation will not be allowed after the product is dispatched.
  5. We reserve the right to hold/cancel any Cash On Delivery orders with ambiguous address or suspicious customers.

Refund Policy:

  1. If the company fails to fulfill an original order/replacement order due to any unforeseen reason, a refund equal to the amount paid by the customer.
  2. The timeline for issuing of refund will be within 15 days. In case of replacements, refund will be issued within 15 days once the product is received and passes QC.
  3. We will try to offer refund to original payment mode but in some exceptional cases customers may be asked to share account details/cancelled cheque.

Warranty Policy:

  1. Warranty is valid only for LRIPL branded products for the period mentioned in the description/ listing.
  2. Customers are required to register their warranty on our website within 7 days of purchase. Warranty will be valid for all the purchase from authorized sellers. Warranty claims might be denied if the customer does not register their purchase on our website.
  3. Customer will have to present the proof of purchase for claiming the warranty. If the warranty claim is successful, the company will repair or replace the product as deemed necessary by the service executive.
  4. Once our support executive registers the warranty claim, customer will have to ship the product at their own cost to the company's service center.
  5. Please note that the warranty will be void if there is any damage or fault in the product due to external causes including accident, abuse, misuse and/or any unauthorized servicing/repairs.
  6. Warranty is not available on accessories shipped with set top box/android box like power adaptors, cables, remote controls etc.
